Terms of use

Version of 29 July 2026

1. Accepting these Terms

These Terms govern your use of the Spide music app (the “App”). By installing or using the App you confirm that you have read and accept these Terms. If you don’t agree with them, do not use the App.

These Terms and the relationship between the parties are governed by the laws of the Russian Federation. Disputes are first handled by complaint: send it using the contacts in section 10, and we will review it within 30 days; if no agreement is reached, the dispute goes to court under Russian law.

This English version is provided for convenience. If it differs from the Russian version, the Russian version applies.

2. The service

The App is a music player that lets you search for and play audio from open third-party sources, create playlists, keep a library, use social features (public profiles, follows, shared playlists) and get personal recommendations. The App does not host audio on its own servers and does not own the rights to the content it plays.

3. Your account

An account is required for the App’s main features. You agree to give accurate details when you register and not to share access to your account. You are responsible for everything done through your account. We may suspend or delete an account that breaks these Terms.

4. Premium subscription

Some features are available with a Premium subscription. The features, price and term are shown in the App at the time you subscribe. A subscription lasts for the period paid for. We may change the set of Premium features and will tell users when we do.

5. Rules of use

You may not use the App for unlawful purposes; interfere with the App, its servers or its security; impersonate others; publish offensive, illegal or infringing content in your profile or playlists; use automated tools for mass access to the App; or decompile or modify the App except where the law expressly allows it.

6. Intellectual property

The App, its design, logos and code belong to the App’s developer. Rights to the audio belong to their respective rights holders. The App provides access to content from open sources “as is”. If you are a rights holder and believe your rights are being infringed, contact us (Telegram: @spidelond) and we will review your request promptly.

7. No warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, the availability of any particular content, or that the App will meet your expectations. Availability of audio depends on third-party sources and may change without notice.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits or data loss arising from using or being unable to use the App, or for content from third-party sources.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may change these Terms. The current version is always available in the App (Settings → About). Continuing to use the App after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

10. Contacts

For questions about the App, subscriptions, personal data, and requests from rights holders: Telegram @spidelond.
