Check the file is genuine
Only download Spide from spide.ru or the @SPIDEDEV channel: copies on other sites may have been tampered with. Compare the checksum of your file with the one on the right.
On a computer, run certutil -hashfile Spide.apk SHA256 on Windows or shasum -a 256 Spide.apk on macOS and Linux. Every release is signed with the same key, so Android won’t install an update with someone else’s signature on top of Spide.

Updating
Download the new version here or from the channel and install it over the old one. Your account, settings and downloaded music stay put; there’s no need to uninstall.
Why not Google Play
Spide is currently distributed only through this site and its Telegram channel, not through app stores, so installs and updates come as an APK.
